The MCR Vision
Mckinley California Realty’s vision is to be among the most trusted and respected Real Estate and Mortgage Brokerage companies in California. MCR will achieve this vision through continuous education of our agents, collaboration with industry experts, focus on technological innovations to improve efficiency, active community involvement, and continuous feedback from our clients.
Company Philosophy
McKinley California Realty’s professional philosophy is: Keep it Simple.
MCR uses this popular maxim every day to focus on delivering results that are complete, accurate, easily understood and timely. MCR understands that most people are too busy with every day life and don’t have the time to wade through complicated documents or research financial and economic data to assist in making important real estate decisions. Most buyers want someone who can research, analyze, and articulate the key real estate data points in a concise and accurate manner. McKinley California Realty has the person to help you accomplish these tasks.
Quality Control
MCR is very committed to ensuring that all data for every Real Estate and Mortgage Loan transaction is accurate and maintained in a secure manner. In addition, MCR is focused on using the latest technological innovations to improve efficiency and thereby offer our clients outstanding services at competitive rates.
MCR uses two key tools along with a set of well-defined processes to automated our transactions as much as possible and meet the compliance requirements for the DRE. The two key tools are:
RELAY – this is an online transcation management tool sponsored by the California Association of Realtors. This tool provides MCR the ability to manage all of our Real Estate transactions (for every agent) in a centralized manner. We have devised standard checklists (integrated with the RELAY tool) to ensure that all the appropriate disclosures are adhered to for each transaction. In addition, the broker (or my appropriate designate) is able to track and validate all disclosures are complied with on a daily basis via the centralized RELAY server.
CALYX Point 5.4 – this is a loan origination and processing package provided by Calyx Software. All of our loan originators and processors will use this software to automate and streamline the Mortgage Loan process. The broker, loan originators, and processors will be able to track and validate all disclosures and other critical Mortgage Loan information via Calyx Point on a daily basis. Prior to submitting the loan file for underwriting, I will work directly with the processors to validate we have a complete loan file.
Both RELAY and Calyx Point have built-in access control restrictions (i.e. passwd protection). This will ensure that only approved employees have access to personal and confidential client information.
Market Area
MCR provides Real Estate and Mortgage Loan services primarily for Santa Cruz, Santa Clara, San Benito, San Mateo, Monterey, San Francisco and Alameda County.
