Garth Mckinley Booth is the owner and founder of Mckinley California Realty. Garth is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California and is also an active member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the California Association of Realtors (CAR), the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors (SCCAOR), the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors (SILVAR), and the Oakland Association of Realtors. Each of these associations requires its members to adhere to a strict code of ethics. In addition, these associations ensure that members are up to date on the latest marketing techniques and legislative changes that affect real estate.
Garth also brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in marketing, negotiating, planning and leveraging technology (to maximize efficiency) to the real estate industry. He has worked for one of the top 20 Fortune 500 companies in America for the last 19+ years. Garth possesses the rare ability and confidence to not only analyze and discuss complex information with field experts, but also break down complex information into simple, and easily understood concepts for the layperson. Personal Background, Hobbies and Education
Born in Munich, Germany, and a native of Georgia, Garth has lived in the Santa Clara County for the past 19+ years. Garth is the youngest of 7 children and also has a twin brother who resides in Austin, Texas. Garth’s hobbies are Salsa dancing, traveling, and personal fitness. Garth is also a regular contributor to one of his favorite charities the United Way.
Garth graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech for short) with a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science. Garth has also taken graduate courses at Stanford University.
